Aleksander «StrangeR» Solomonov, esports director of the organization, comments on the situation:
«For the past week, we played without Vladimir «Chappie» Kuzmenko in the roster. After returning from Germany, the player got a vacation as he wanted to think over his further career. In the result of this pause, Vladimir told that he wanted to change a roster, as it would be more comfortable for him to play and develop with a new team. During this year of playing together, we overcame a huge number of problems and reached the main result – we got to TI7, which proves the decision made by management. However, Chappie is one of the strongest carries in CIS. Currently, Vladimir keeps the contract with Team Empire as he has not made a decision on his further team. We are open for communication concerning this transfer and we will help him to find a new home.»
Vladimir spent 11 months at Team Empire and helped the team to take 5-6 place on Dota 2 Asia Championships 2017, the second place on Mr. Cat Invitational Europe, Russian e-Sports Cup 2017 and World Cyber Arena 2017 Europe Finals, and to win several small tournaments. We need to remind you that Vladimir «Chappie» Kuzmenko missed The International 2017 because of the visa problems.
