The developers of Dota 2 revealed a free access to the page with a full list of changes in 7.07 patch. The game was changed globally: the runes and shrines were changed, the system of matchmaking underwent some changes, several new items and two new heroes were added, Poor Man's Shield, Iron Talon were deleted, and other changes introduced.

All the changes were added to the test client, and on November 1, the updates will be added to the main client.
