Valve has implemented a restriction on the ability to draw on the mini-map for players with a sportsmanship rating below 5,000
During the night of January 17th, Valve released a small update for Dota 2. Developers introduced additional sanctions against players exhibiting inappropriate behavior in matches and receiving complaints from other participants.
Now, such players are deprived of the ability to draw on the mini-map. This function will automatically disable if the sportsmanship rating falls below 5,000. To restore this capability, it will be necessary to raise your sportsmanship rating again.
