Brehze took 8th place in the list of the best players of 2019 according to HLTV
Evil Geniuses spent 2019 under the sign of bronze. For the whole of 2019, the team was able to enter the top three nine times and won twice. EG has never become a silver medalist. It is worth noting that in ESL One New York 2019, where Evil Geniuses became a triumph, Brehze received the title of MVP, and in another tournament, where the Americans also won, StarSeries Season 8 Vincent Kayonte received EVP. This status is obtained by players who have made a significant contribution to the result of the team, but have not received the title of the most valuable player. Of the nine championships where EG took 3-4th place, Brehze received EVP status five times, and his rating for the year was 1.15, and if we take into account only the playoff stages of all major LAN tournaments, then 1.18.
Recall that Brehze was already the third player from EG to be in the top 20 best players of 2019. His teammates, Ethan 'Ethan' Arnold and Tsvetelin 'CeRq' Dimitrov took in the ranking of 20 and 18 places, respectively.
An esportsman, wich will be locate on the 7th place in the list of the best CS:GO players, will be known tonight. Recall that until January 20, the HLTV editorial team opens daily one player from its top 20 best representatives of shooter discipline following the results of the past year. On January 19, HLTV will take a break in order to create more intrigue, and on the 20th, they will talk about who will take the first two places.
The previous players in the top 20 from HLTV were Twistzz and ropz, who ranked 9 and 10, respectively.
