Why KSCERATO Made the HLTV Top 20 in 2025

Following a winless 2024, in which FURIA went the entire year without a title, the team switched to an international lineup in 2025. Early signs of progress appeared at PGL Astana 2025, where FURIA finished in 4th place. The revamped roster’s first Major came at BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025, where the team reached the playoffs but fell in an all-Brazilian derby against paiN (1–2), ending their run in 5th–8th place.

After the summer break, FURIA hit top form and went on an incredible run, winning four trophies in just two months: FISSURE Playground #2, Thunderpick World Championship 2025, Intel Extreme Masters Chengdu 2025, and BLAST Rivals Fall 2025. Riding this momentum, FURIA entered StarLadder Budapest Major 2025 as one of the favorites, but unfortunately exited in the playoffs, once again placing 5th–8th.

KSCERATO 2025 Performance Summary

For KSCERATO, 2025 proved to be an exceptionally productive and successful year. Together with his teammates, he helped restore the prestige of Brazilian Counter-Strike and showed that signing two international players — YEKINDAR and molodoy — was the right decision. Across 216 maps played during the year, KSCERATO posted an average ADR of 82, KAST of 76.4%, and an overall rating of 1.20, numbers that place him among the very best riflers not only in Brazil, but in the global CS scene.

In addition, KSCERATO earned the MVP award at Thunderpick World Championship 2025. His individual rating stood at 1.11 against top-5 teams and 1.15 against top-10 teams, further underlining his ability to perform confidently and consistently even against the strongest opposition.

KSCERATO’s Bold Prediction

In the Bold Prediction segment, Kaike Cerato highlighted 15-year-old gtw, a rising talent from RED Canids Academy, whom KSCERATO considers one of the most promising players of the next generation. According to him, gtw already stands out for his mature understanding of the game, composure in key moments, and high-level mechanics — qualities rarely seen at such a young age. KSCERATO’s bold prediction is that with proper development and consistent support, gtw could break into the tier-one level in the coming years and become a new face of the Brazilian CS2 scene.
