Danyyl “headtr1ck” Valitov leaves B8 — player put on the transfer list
Ukrainian player Danyyl "headtr1ck" Valitov is no longer part of B8. The organization has officially announced that the young AWPer has been placed on the transfer list.
headtr1ck joined B8 in April 2024. Over nearly two years, the team went through a difficult but successful journey, climbing from the top 40 to the top 10 of the HLTV world ranking.
With B8, headtr1ck won CCT Season 2 European Series #2, #5, and #10. The team also finished second at ESL Challenger Katowice 2024 and CCT Season 2 Global Finals. Bronze medals were secured at MESA Nomadic Masters Spring 2025 and StarLadder StarSeries Fall 2025.
In addition, the Ukrainian squad competed at two Majors:
- BLAST.tv Austin Major 2025 — 17–19th place
- StarLadder Budapest Major 2025 — reached Stage 3 and finished 9–11th
During his time with B8, headtr1ck played 490 maps, posting an average ADR of 75.3, KAST of 75.5%, and an overall rating of 1.09. His rating against top-5 teams was 0.95, and 0.99 against top-10 opponents. His total career prize money stands at around $59,000.
headtr1ck commented on the decision:
“Didn’t expect news like this:) But if you look at the two-year journey, I’m very proud of the progress. From top 40 to top 10 and two Majors. A lot of effort and energy were put into this. Thank you.”
At the moment, it is unknown where headtr1ck will continue his career, but given his experience and individual stats, interest in the player is expected to be high.
