B8 Shakes Up Esports Scene with Exciting New Signings: Welcome headtr1ck and baz to the Team!

B8 Esports has unveiled the latest changes to their team roster, confirming the recruitment of Daniil "headtr1ck" Valitov and Oleg "baz" Kulynych via Twitter. These developments come amid the ongoing transfer discussions surrounding headtr1ck's move from Ninjas in Pyjamas, as per HLTV's sources. This transfer, still pending finalization, will mark a significant swap, with the 19-year-old Ukrainian taking Artem "r1nkle" Moroz's spot, whose own transition to the Swedish team was announced earlier.

While B8 has not disclosed which of their current members will be stepping aside for baz's entry, insider sources have informed HLTV that Mykhailo "OWNER" Lymar is the likely candidate. Requests for comments from the Ukrainian organization by HLTV have yet to receive a response.

headtr1ck's journey to B8 follows an eventful period with Ninjas in Pyjamas, marked by roster changes and various leaders during his 18-month stint. As a rifler and AWPer, he maintained a 1.08 rating, albeit with noted inconsistency, leading to his benching amidst the team's restructuring post their unsuccessful run in the PGL Major Copenhagen qualifiers.

On the other hand, baz joins after his time with Spirit Academy, where he maintained a 1.00 rating over two years, including brief spells with the main Spirit team. His latest stand-in during the BLAST Spring Groups saw challenging times for Spirit, exacerbated by visa complications and subsequent defeats.

Despite these setbacks, baz's recent performances with B8 show promise, with notable contributions in matches against Rebels and Metizport during ESL Challenger Jönköping qualifiers.

Looking ahead, B8's roster is as follows:

  • Arseniy "cptkurtka023" Derevinskiy (Ukraine)
  • Andrii "npl" Kukharskyi (Ukraine)
  • Dmytro "esenthial" Tsvir (Ukraine)
  • Daniil "headtr1ck" Valitov (Ukraine)
  • Oleg "baz" Kulynych (Ukraine)
  • Ivan "maddened" Iordanidi (russia, coach)

This lineup hints at B8's strategic overhaul and ambitions for future competitions, as they integrate these new talents into their squad.
