Astralis received an invitation to ESL One New York 2017

The organizers announced that Danish team will participate in ESL One New York on the official website. The championship will take place again in Barclays Center from September 16 till 17. The best teams from all over the world will take place in this tournament. They will share the prize pool of $250,000, and will define who deserves to get an updated ESL One trophy. Currently, only some participants are known: the champions of the previous ESL One New York, Natus Vincere, the finalists of the previous ESL One New York, Virtus.pro, and also SK Gaming and FaZe Clan. Today, one more team to show a perfect show on ESL One New York 2017 — Astralis. Danish team are on the fifth place of the list of best teams on HLTV.org. In 2017, they have already won The ELEAGUE Major 2017 and IEM World Championship Katowice 2017, and also managed to get to top-4 on such tournaments as DreamHack Masters Las Vegas 2017, IEM XII — Sydney, ECS Season 3 Finals and PGL Major Krakow 2017 In general, 8 teams will participate in the tournament. One more team will get a direct invitation, and two other teams will get through the qualifiers in Europe and North America.
