Natus Vincere has clinched their spots in the prestigious Esports World Cup 2024 and the BLAST Premier World Final 2024 following their triumph at the PGL Major Copenhagen, joining Team Spirit who qualified via their IEM Katowice victory. The Esports World Cup is set to commence on July 17 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and will showcase 15 teams battling through three phases: the Opening Stage, the Last Chance Stage, and the playoffs.

The competition will heat up with a single-elimination best-of-three format in the Opening Stage, leading winners straight to the playoffs, while the defeated teams will have another shot in the Last Chance Stage. This stage's survivors, determined by best-of-one matches, will then re-enter the fray in the playoffs, which will revert to the best-of-three format.

The remaining spots for the EWC will be filled through ESL’s world ranking system and a series of closed qualifiers held in various regions.Scheduled for November 13-17, the BLAST World Final's venue remains to be announced. Eight teams will vie for a piece of the $1,000,000 prize pool.

The contest will divide teams into two groups following the GSL format, with the top teams advancing directly to the playoffs and the runners-up facing off in the quarter-finals. The concluding playoffs will feature a single-elimination bracket, played in best-of-three matches.

Additional entries to the BLAST World Final will be granted to the champions of the BLAST Spring and Fall Finals, as well as IEM Cologne. The final three spots will be allocated based on standings in BLAST's global leaderboard.
