SZPERO becomes the new captain of Anonymo Esports
The Polish esports organization Anonymo Esports has announced the strengthening of its CS:GO roster by signing a contract with SZPERO. The 31-year-old Pole becomes the new sniper and team captain ahead of the start of the new competitive season.
After hard testing it worked. Starting today, I am the team leader of Anonymo Esports. Thanks for the trust and keep your fingers crossed,” wrote SZPERO.
SZPERO is known for many years of playing for the Wisla Krakow team, with which he managed to get victories at Nine to Five #5 and ESL Mistrzostwa Polski: Autumn 2021. However, last summer the organization left eSports, while the 31-year-old Pole migrated to the newly assembled roster 9INE.
Here, an experienced sniper became the winner of the ESL Challenger League Season 42: Europe, and also took part in the open qualifiers for IEM Road to Rio 2022: European RMR. And yet, SZPERO and the team parted ways at the end of 2022, when the player refused to play the last matches of the season, as the organization did not renew his contract.
In turn, Anonymo Esports was left without its captain at the end of last year, as oskarish left the team. Since then, the club has been trying to find the best candidate to strengthen the squad.
SZPERO's debut for Anonymo Esports will take place tomorrow, January 11 - the Polish team will start its journey in the group stage of European Pro League Season 5 with a meeting against ESTOWNIA.
