The authoritative portal HLTV has presented the name of the e-sportsman, who was honored to take 11th place in the ranking of the best players of 2022. Twistzz, the current FaZe Clan player, managed to stop one step away from getting into the top ten.

Last season, the 23-year-old Canadian did not receive a single MVP, but added to this an extensive collection of seven EVPs received at almost all major championships.

This is the fourth top player of the year for Twistzz, who also topped the list in 2018 (12th), 2019 (9th) and 2021 (17th).

It makes no sense to list all the merits of the Canadian last season, since he, together with FaZe Clan, won all the important championships in the first half of 2022. Perhaps, the team's autumn period didn't work out, but Twistzz still remained an important element and helped the team to stay among the leaders of the scene.

As the editors note, the 23-year-old esportsman failed to get higher in the ranking for a number of reasons: 1) lack of MVP awards; 2) staying in the shadow of their teammates at major championships; 3) low impact and influence on the winning rounds of their team. However, Twistzz had an outstanding season, deserving the 11th spot with its consistency.
