Official: Boombl4 left NAVI and became a free agent

Cybersportsman Boombl4 announced the end of the contract with the NaVi organization. The former captain of the Born to Win announced this on his Twitter, adding that from now on he is a free agent.

Boombl4 played for NAVI for three years - from May 2019 to May 2022. During this time, the 24-year-old player helped the team win the Intel Extreme Masters XIV - World Championship, WePlay! Clutch Island, BLAST Premier: Global Final 2020, DreamHack Masters Spring 2021, StarLadder CIS RMR 2021, Intel Extreme Masters XVI - Cologne, ESL Pro League Season 14, PGL Major Stockholm 2021, BLAST Premier: Fall Finals 2021 and BLAST Premier: World Final 2021, and pick up Intel Grand Slam Season 3.

However, after the defeat in the PGL Major Antwerp 2022 grand final by FaZe Clan, the Ukrainian organization unexpectedly said goodbye to the captain, citing high reputational risks.

Since then, Boombl4 has remained under contract with NAVI, but has not reappeared on the professional scene, limiting himself to participating in amateur championships. In turn, "Born to Win" quickly found a replacement for Boombl4, inviting sdy to the roster, while electroNic became the new team captain.

According to the latest rumors, Boombl4 is gearing up to join the BetBoom Team as the organization is about to unveil its CS:GO roster. Well, NAVI recently approved the roster for the first months of the new season, inviting a young npl to the starting lineup.
