Rare Atom said goodbye to aumaN
The Chinese esports organization Rare Atom has announced changes to its CS:GO roster, saying goodbye to aumaN. The 28-year-old Chinese player is leaving a team he hasn't played for for five months.
After repeated communication and consultation with the players, while fully respecting the wishes of the players, aumaN, a former Rare Atom player, will officially leave the team from now on. Thank you aumaN for his constant dedication and hard work!
aumaN joined Rare Atom, then called Vici Gaming, in early 2017. In five seasons, the 28-year-old Chinese player helped the team win the ZOTAC Cup Elite eSports Arena, WESG 2017 China Finals, WEGL 2017 Super Fight Invitational, CS.MONEY Asian Emperor, Conquerors Insignia 2019, Perfect World Asia League Fall 2020 and Perfect World League Season one.
However, last summer aumaN dropped out of the Rare Atom starting roster to make way for the young Moseyuh. However, the Chinese team did not improve their results, failing to qualify for the Brazilian Major after failing at the Intel Extreme Masters Road to Rio 2022: Asia-Pacific RMR.
Currently, Rare Atom is preparing for the start of the playoffs of ESL Challenger League Season 43: Asia-Pacific, where it will play with Wings Up in the quarterfinals of the upper bracket. In addition, next month the team will take part in eXTREMESLAND Festival 2022 and Perfect World Arena Premier League Season 3.
It is not clear where the experienced aumaN will continue his career. However, there are some interesting options within Asia right now, including a possible reshuffling of the TYLOO lineup.
