Astralis climbed to third place in the world rankings from HLTV for the first time since May 2021

The authoritative portal HLTV has presented an updated ranking of the best CS:GO teams in the world. According to the results of the past week, the Astralis team moved up one position and took the third place. Note that the Danish team has not been so high since May 2021 - then Bubzkji, Magisk and dupreeh performed in the lineup.

Great progress is being made by Team Liquid, which, thanks to their success at BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2022, moved up four positions and now occupies fourth place. The OG team also broke into the TOP 10, which, thanks to their success in the same championship, took the eighth position.

Also, G2 Esports returned to the top ten of the best teams in the world ranking, having beaten Vitality at BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2022 the day before and made it to the autumn finals of the season. At the same time, the Spaniards from Movistar Riders continue to lose their position, which now occupy the 9th place.

Currently, the TOP 10 best teams in the world ranking from HLTV is as follows:

  1. NAVI
  2. FaZe Clan
  3. Astralis
  4. Team Liquid
  5. Cloud9
  6. Ninjas in pajamas
  7. vitality
  8. OG
  9. Movistar Riders
  10. G2 Esports

The MOUZ team had to drop out of the top ten, which lost six positions at once and now occupies the 11th line. Teams BIG and ENCE lost three positions each, which are now on the 14th and 15th lines, respectively.

The Turkish team Eternal Fire returned to the TOP-30 of the world ranking, which, thanks to the success in qualifying for IEM Road to Rio 2022 for Europe, rose to the 24th position. North Americans from Complexity got a little better, who, not without the help of the victory over NAVI in the BLAST Premier Fall Groups 2022, climbed to 25th place.

The weekly rating from the HLTV portal allows you to evaluate the status of teams based on a number of parameters that directly affect the final ranking:

  • The latest team results for two months
  • Performance statistics at the last 10 LAN events
  • Team changes. To save points, the team must keep its core in the amount of 3 people
  • Number of tournaments won in the last year
