Rumor: valde could move to ENCE

According to Dexerto, the Finnish esports organization is considering several options to strengthen its CS:GO roster. One of the main candidates to replace Spinx is the Danish player valde, who left the OG roster back in May.

It is reported that the experienced esportsman is the first on the list among the players who are considered as an alternative to Spinx, which, we recall, is preparing to move to Vitality. Other ENCE candidates include free agent Snax, Sprout's lauNX, and Endpoint's Nertz. However, the 27-year-old Dane is closer than others to moving to the Finnish club.

valde made a name for himself with North, with which he became the winner of DreamHack Open Montreal 2017, DreamHack Open Valencia 2018 and DreamHack Masters Stockholm 2018. Well, the last club in the Dane's career was OG, with whom he reached the finals at Flashpoint Season 2 and Intel Extreme Masters XVI - Summer. However, in May, the 27-year-old left the team, not wanting to work in an updated project with a focus on youth.

Note that previously lauNX and Nertz were candidates to replace Spinx, and the Israeli has already been spotted on the same server with ENCE players. However, checking the current information, the 17-year-old Romanian esportsman will remain in Sprout, while Nertz seems to be losing out to valde in this fight. In addition, ENCE is almost guaranteed to sign a contract with SunPayus, who officially left Movistar Riders the day before.

It remains to be thought that in the coming days the team will decide on a candidate, thereby launching the flywheel of transfer transitions on the TIER-1 stage.

The next championship for ENCE will be ESL Pro League Season 16. This means that the Finnish esports organization does not have much time to make a final choice and look for options to strengthen the roster for the second half of the 2022 season. The deadline for registering teams for the championship is August 16.

A possible ENCE roster for the second half of the 2022 season is as follows:

  • Snappy
  • dycha
  • maden
  • Sunpayus
  • Valde
  • saw (head coach)
