skullz and zevy may join paiN Gaming

According to the portal Dust2, the Brazilian esports organization paiN Gaming has looked for options to strengthen its CS:GO roster, intending to sign skullz and zevy. Both players will be replacements for the recently departed NEKIZ and nython, who announced their new plans two days ago. The final word will remain with the Brazilian club, but it looks like the negotiations are going in the right direction.

skullz made a name for himself a few years ago but spent the last six months of last season with the Liberty. Together with the team, the 20-year-old Brazilian managed to win CBCS 2021 Retake Series Season 2, Aorus League 2021 Season 3 and The IQ Option Latin American Cup 2021. More recently, the player joined ODDIK, where he already managed to take second place in the CBCS Elite League 2022 Season 1.

In turn, zevy became famous as part of Sharks Esports, for which he has been playing for a year and a half. Together with the team, the 21-year-old Brazilian sniper managed not only to win DreamHack Open September 2021: South America, CBCS Finals 2021 and Aorus League Invitational 2022, but also to take part in PGL Major Stockholm 2021.

It remains unclear why paiN Gaming decided to part ways with their leaders, and what plans NEKIZ and nython have for the future. However, the organization is determined not to lose class before the start of the second half of the 2022 season, as skullz and zevy look impressive.

In the coming month, the Brazilian team will look for various options to strengthen their squad. Given the upcoming break, the organization has enough time to figure out various players and get ready for the start of ESL Challenger League Season 42: North America.
