paiN Gaming introduced the updated CS:GO roster
The Brazilian eSports organization paiN Gaming has unveiled an updated CS:GO roster by signing contracts with zevy and skullz. The newcomers of the Brazilian club are called to replace nython and NEKIZ, who left the team at the end of last month. Interestingly, in a press release to the media, excerpted from which the Dust2 portal cites, the organization called these transfers the largest in the history of the Brazilian scene.
zevy has spent the last season and a half with Sharks Esports. Together with his former team, the 21-year-old Brazilian player became the winner of DreamHack Open September 2021: South America, CBCS Finals 2021 and Aorus League Invitational 2022, and also reached the finals of DreamHack Open March 2021: South America, CBCS Elite League Season 1, CBCS Elite League Season 2 and Intel Extreme Masters XVI - Fall: South America.
skullz made a name for himself a few years ago but spent the last six months of last season with the Liberty. Together with the team, the 20-year-old Brazilian managed to win CBCS 2021 Retake Series Season 2, Aorus League 2021 Season 3 and The IQ Option Latin American Cup 2021. More recently, the player joined ODDIK, where he already managed to take second place in the CBCS Elite League 2022 Season 1.
It remains unclear why paiN Gaming decided to part ways with their leaders NEKIZ and nython. However, the Brazilian organization is determined not to lose class before the start of the second half of the 2022 season.
With the updated roster, the Brazilian team is starting preparations for the South American qualifiers for the RMR tournament. In addition, in early September, the team will take part in the ESL Challenger at DreamHack Melbourne 2022.
From now on, paiN Gaming's CS:GO roster is as follows:
- PCL
- biguzera
- hardzao
- Zevy
- skullz
- bruno (head coach)
