nexa: "If we could get YEKINDAR we would"
nexa, who is the captain of OG, commented on the latest transfers of his team in an interview with Dexerto. According to the 25-year-old Serbian esportsman, he planned to make changes in the team immediately after joining, but the organization persuaded him to work with the existing players.
I would not say that the composition was initially doomed. However, it seems to me that other members of the team wanted to leave along with Aleksib, but they did not have such an opportunity. When I first joined OG, I realized that we would need to replace more players, but the coaching staff and the management of the organization convinced me to try to work with this roster.
We just wanted to sign hard workers. We needed people who play CS 24/7 and live the game. People who want to prove themselves and show that they are the best, who are ready to work hard and are eager to win.
I am very happy that now we have NEOFRAG and F1KU because young players can motivate everyone around them. You just see how much effort they put in, how they bring new ideas and perspectives.
If we could get YEKINDAR, we would. There was no reason to refuse. But it was not our choice.
We thought about jks but didn't really feel like he really wanted to join us. I think he was waiting for better offers, so it didn't work out with him.
Recall that last week the European esports organization OG staffed the CS:GO roster by signing NEOFRAG and F1KU.
The next full-fledged championship for OG will be BLAST Premier: Spring Finals 2022, which will be held in Lisbon from June 15 to 19. In the first match of the tournament, the team will face NAVI.
From now on, theOG CS:GO roster looks like this:
- mantuu.
- flameZ.
- nexa.
- NEOFRAG.
- F1KU.
- ruggah (coach).
