NAVI is not negotiating the transfer of YEKINDAR
According to Aleksey Kucherov, who is the operational director of the eSports organization NaVi, the club is not negotiating the transfer of YEKINDAR. Thus, the representative of the "Born to Win" denied the rumors about the ongoing process of negotiations between NAVI and Virtus.pro.
It should be noted that Virtus.pro spoke about the transfer earlier, which stated the following: "Marek has a long-term contract with Virtus.pro. We have not received any transfer requests from the mentioned club. After the major, when the transfer market traditionally revives, we will assess the situation and make those decisions that will help the team continue to develop and improve sports results."
YEKINDAR has been the main star of Virtus.pro (Outsiders) for the past two years. During this time, the 22-year-old player became the winner of Flashpoint Season 2, DreamHack Open December 2020, cs_summit 7 and ESL Challenger #48, and also took second place in the Intel Extreme Masters XV - World Championship, simultaneously reaching the quarterfinals of PGL Major Stockholm 2021.
However, immediately after the end of the major, the Russian club announced the departure of YEKINDAR, putting him on the transfer list.
In turn, NAVI also did not do without changes in the roster. Last week, the organization officially removed BoombI4 from the starting roster, citing the changes as high reputational risks.
Do not expect accurate rumors about the behind-the-scenes work of the Ukrainian club. As practice shows, NAVI cases rarely leak outside the organization, so all that remains is to wait for the official announcement, which, according to the organization, will be very soon.
Currently, the NAVI CS:GO roster is as follows:
- s1mple.
- electroNic.
- perfecto.
- b1t.
- B1ad3 (coach).
- BoombI4 (inactive).
