On the official blog of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, it became known about the appearance of a new medal. It will become available on January 1, and only those players who manage to reach the rank of Global General (rank 40) will be able to get it. This can be achieved by completing various missions and completing matches. When users receive a medal, it will appear in their profile next to their avatar.
The medal will have six variations with different colors and medal classes. To increase the class of his medal, the user will have to pump to rank 40 (Global General) and reset it to the first.
