WePlay Academy League Season 3 will run from January 3 to February 13

Tournament operator WePlay Esports announced the WePlay Academy League Season 3, which will run from January 3 to February 13. The tournament will continue to be divided into three parts, and the final will take place at the WePlay Esports Arena in Kiev. Nevertheless, the organizers managed to make changes in the format of the competition, expanding the number of participants to ten teams.

WePlay Academy League Season 3 Schedule:

• Group stage: January 3-12, 2022 (possible replay on January 13).
• Gauntlet Phase: January 14-16, 2022.
• Playoffs: February 11-13, 2022

The group stage of WePlay Academy League Season 3 will divide the participating teams into two groups, in which the matches will be played in a round robin system. The best team from each group will advance directly to the playoffs, while the second to fifth place teams in their groups will compete for vacant spots in the Gauntlet stage. The playoff stage will take place at the WePlay Esports Arena in Kiev. The total prize pool for WePlay Academy League Season 3 is $ 100,000.
