Unlike the typical explosive nature of Call of Duty campaigns, the "Most Wanted" mission starts with a quieter, stealth-based infiltration, aligning with the spy-thriller theme of Black Ops 6. Set in 1991, the player infiltrates a fundraiser for real-life U.S. Presidential candidate Bill Clinton. The objective is to secretly obtain a retinal scan from a U.S. Senator, use it to access a black site beneath the building, and rescue Adler. The mission showcases various ways to achieve this, from confronting the senator directly to using blackmail material in the form of an illicit videotape.

The playthrough then shifts to the black site infiltration, where players face armed soldiers from "Pantheon," a mysterious organization central to the Black Ops 6 plot. Even here, players can choose between a "quiet" or "loud" approach. During the rescue, Adler references Frank Woods, a longtime character in the Black Ops series, who also appears in Black Ops 6. The mission escalates into a more traditional Call of Duty-style action sequence, featuring gadgets like a taser-like disruptor grenade and an explosive homing knife, and concludes with a thrilling motorcycle chase through crowded nighttime streets.
