The game is currently receiving negative reviews from both critics and Metacritic users, potentially making it the lowest-rated in the series.

GI.Biz's editor-in-chief, Christopher Dring, noted that 72% of Modern Warfare 3 sales at launch were on PS5, 20% on Xbox, and 8% on PS4. He added that digital sales might alter this picture.

In other charts, EA Sports FC maintains the second position, Super Mario Bros Wonder, which led for the past two weeks, is now in third place.

Spider-Man 2 dropped from third to fourth place, and the new entry into the top 10, Football Manager 2024, debuted at fifth place.

It's important to note that the provided data only covers physical sales, and digital sales are not taken into account. Given the small volume of physical sales for computer games, the majority of Football Manager 2024 sales likely occurred in digital format.

The only other new physical entry on the charts this week is Disney Dreamlight Valley, claiming the 32nd spot. Interestingly, the game was initially planned as free-to-play, but Gameloft decided to release it as a premium product in physical format.
