Rumor: A new event store called Soup will appear in Valorant

Dataminers have found mentions in Valorant's files related to a new type of in-game store. According to insider valohabercisi, an event store called Soup will appear in the game in the future, and it will periodically become available.

According to valohabercisi, new information has been appearing in the game files for the second update in a row. It is now known that, structurally, the new store resembles the special Night Market event, meaning it won't be active permanently, but will open at Riot Games' discretion during certain periods. Other details about the store have also become known:

• The new system has its own tab and icon in the main menu
• The store operates on a separate offer type — SoupOfferDTO
• Sales of both individual items and bundles are supported
• The system tracks whether the player has viewed all available offers.

The most interesting detail is that a system with four types of "ingredients" was found in the code: BEEF_STEW, CHICKEN_NOODLE, CHILI, and GUMBO. It appears that players will spend these resources to obtain certain offers in the store, and the mechanic itself resembles a trading or crafting system.

The insider also noted that this whole "culinary" theme may not be a coincidence, and hinted that the Battle Pass of the current Act 3 of the 2026 season also has a fairly pronounced food theme. This may be a hint that Riot Games left in advance.

It's worth understanding that there is still no official confirmation from Riot Games.
