rise left Counter Logic Gaming Red
North American esports organization Counter Logic Gaming has announced changes to its female VALORANT roster, saying goodbye to rise. Recall that the 21-year-old Canadian has played for the team for two seasons - since March 2021.
Today we announce that we are parting ways with rise. Our longest standing member of the VALORANT roster, who has been here since the beginning. Thank you for everything you have done and brought to the team. We wish you good luck in your future, we know that you will succeed.
rise joined Counter Logic Gaming Red in the spring of 2021. In two seasons, the 21-year-old Canadian became the champion of the DarkZero #GoingPink Charity Event and Super Girl Gamer Pro - Fall 2021: Championships, and also made it to the top three at VCT 2021: Game Changers North America Series 1, VCT 2021: Game Changers North America Series 2, Knights Sakura Cup #3 and Samsung Open Tournament Series #6.
However, the last season of the team frankly did not work out, as a result of which Counter Logic Gaming Red lost the status of the strongest in its region. In addition, the team failed to make it to the final VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: Game Changers Championship, taking only seventh place on the leaderboard.
I'm parting ways with Counter Logic Gaming Red. Eternally grateful for the opportunity given to me, I have learned so much and made wonderful friends along the way. Thank you for being my first team,” wrote rise.
Already in the fall, the organization began to say goodbye to its members, in particular, having let go of ciao, amnesia and kellysama. Now the club will have to build a new team for further attempts to climb in the new competitive season.
The updated composition of Counter Logic Gaming Red in the VALORANT discipline:
