Fayde steps down as Team Secret coach
Fayde has announced his departure as head coach of Team Secret 's VALORANT roster. The 25-year-old Malaysian specialist announced this on his Twitter, adding that he is now a free agent.
I think I'm late to the free agent party, but I'm now officially out of Team Secret as they've decided to hire a new coach for the coming year. Free agent as head coach/assistant coach, ready to move to any region. Also open to suggestions from Game Changers members as most teams have already hired a coach!
Fayde has led Team Secret for the last year. Under the guidance of a 25-year-old Malaysian specialist, the team became the winner of the VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: Philippines Stage 2 Challengers, and also made it to the top three at the VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: APAC Stage 2 Challengers, Daejeon Valorant Invitational and Valorant India Invitational.
Recall that the European organization was included in the final list of partners to participate in VCT 2023 in Asia. Here the team will compete with Rex Regum Qeon, T1, Gen.G Esports, DRX, DetonatioN Gaming, ZETA DIVISION, Paper Rex, Global Esports and Talon Esports.
The nearest championship for the Philippine team is VALORANT Champions Tour 2023: LOCK//IN São Paulo. By this time, the organization should introduce a new head coach, with whom he will start his journey in the new season.
