Sentinels to sign two XSET players
According to authoritative insider George Geddes, the North American esports organization Sentinels has decided on its VALORANT roster for the next competitive season. The club intends to sign former XSET players dephh and zekken to complete the roster following the appointment of a new coaching staff. The deal is expected to be announced soon.
The new team captain will be dephh, while he will be accompanied by zekken. Both esportsmen previously played for the XSET team, together with which they became the champions of Nerd Street Gamers: Winter Championship, Nerd Street Gamers: Summer Championship - Philadelphia and VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: North America Stage 2 Challengers. In addition, dephh and zekken took part in the VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: Stage 2 Masters - Copenhagen (7th-8th place) and VALORANT Champions 2022 (5th-6th place).
The Sentinels are one of ten organizations that have made it into the VALORANT American League, which will be based in Los Angeles next season. They will be joined by four other organizations from North America (Cloud9, 100 Thieves, Evil Geniuses and NRG Esports), three from Brazil (LOUD, FURIA and MIBR) and two from Latin America (KRU Esports and Leviatán Esports).
The Sentinels are expected to part ways with ShahZaM and TenZ, who are already looking at other opportunities outside of the collective. In addition, the North American club recently introduced a new coaching staff, including SyykoNT and kaplan.
