VALORANT Patch 5.07 Details
Riot Games has published a list of changes for patch 5.07 for their shooter VALORANT. The main focus was on changes in the balance of agents and updating the Fracture map.
Agent Changes
Skye
Guiding Light skill changes:
- The maximum blind duration is now increased from 1 to 2.25 seconds. within 0.75 sec. after using skill
- The hawk can no longer be destroyed
- Added new visuals, UI elements and sounds to indicate changes
- Guiding Light deactivation delay increased from 0.75 to 0.85 seconds.
KAY/O
Implemented changes that will weaken the agent's ability to throw flash grenades.
Reyna
Changes to the "Evil Gaze" skill:
- Skill preparation time reduced from 0.6 to 0.4 seconds.
- Removed range limit
- Vision restriction deactivation delay reduced from 0.7 to 0.5 seconds.
- Skill duration reduced from 2.6 to 2 seconds.
Yoru
Visual changes:
- Blind visual effects will now appear behind players' heads when the blind effect ends
- In first-person view, the visual effects of blinding will now decay over time to make it easier for the player to know when it has passed.
- Blind, Vision Restriction, and Stun assist bounty duration increased from 1 to 3 seconds. after the corresponding effect starts to disappear
Stagger skill changes:
- Skill duration increased from 1.5 seconds to 1.75 seconds.
Fracture Map Changes
The developers continued to work on changes to the competitive map pool. This time Fracture waited for processing.
- Container – Added a cubbyhole to make it easier for the attacking side to contain defenders from both directions
- Point B - Elevation has been installed leading directly to the point platform to make it easier to move in this place
- Generator B - the passage is narrowed to make it easier to cover with smoke
- Defenders Base - Small nook removed
- Hall A - extra corner removed
- Point A - minor changes due to innovations in the surrounding areas
- Plate A - the plate itself remained in place, but the far passage was closed to optimize the movement of both teams
- Descent A - now jumping down is not as risky as before
- Cable A - now it will be easier for the defenders to hold the point or regain control of it
In addition, the developers paid attention to fixing bugs that have been identified since the last update. Riot Games also announced that it continues to work on changing progress, providing support to the community in real time.
