d3ffo being tested for Acend
According to journalist Dr Kutluhan Alpha, the European team is training with d3ffo, testing various options to strengthen their lineup for the upcoming VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: EMEA Last Chance Qualifier. Recall that on the eve there was information about the possible departure of a 20-year-old Russian from the M3 Champions team, whose place is claimed by Jady.
d3ffo has been part of Gambit Esports since the formation of the roster at the end of 2020. During this time, the 20-year-old Russian player helped the team win VCT 2021: CIS Stage 1 Masters, VCT 2021: CIS Stage 2 Challengers 2, VCT 2021: CIS Stage 3 Challengers 1, VCT 2021: EMEA Stage 3 Challengers Playoffs and VCT 2021: Stage 3 Masters - Berlin, as well as take second place in VALORANT Champions 2021.
However, in the new season, the team was forced to part with their tag, along the way having problems within the server. As a result, M3 Champions finished in the Top 6 and Top 4 at VCT 2022: EMEA Stage 1 Challengers and VCT 2022: EMEA Stage 2 Challengers respectively, missing out on both Masters in Iceland and Denmark.
Interestingly, Acend has previously tested Mickebwoy, who is a Movistar Riders player, into their roster. The club will make a final decision in the coming weeks in order to have time to prepare for the next tournament.
The next championship for the European team will be VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: EMEA Last Chance Qualifier, which will start in August. The team will compete for one ticket to VALORANT Champions 2022.
Acend's current VALORANT roster is as follows:
- cNed
- starxo
- vakk
- MONSTEERR
- Nbs and Milan (coaching staff)
