zeek left Acend starting lineup
The European esports organization ACEND has announced changes to the starting lineup for VALORANT, moving zeek to inactive. Recall that the 20-year-old Polish cybersportsman has been playing for the team since June last year. Now the European team will look for options for strengthening before the start of the VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: EMEA Last Chance Qualifier.
After a crushing loss in the VCT 2022: EMEA Stage 2 Challengers playoffs, the team decided that changes were needed to improve our chances at the VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: EMEA Last Chance Qualifier.
As a result, zeek will move to the bench while we test a new player and prepare for the start of the VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: EMEA Last Chance Qualifier.
zeek joined the Acend roster last summer, having moved from the G2 Esports camp. In 12 months, the 20-year-old Polish esportsman helped the team win VCT 2021: Europe Stage 3 Challengers 1, LVP - Rising Series - Finale and VALORANT Champions 2021, as well as get into the top three at VCT 2021: EMEA Stage 3 Challengers Playoffs and Red Bull Home Ground #2.
Yes, this is the end of my journey with Acend. This is not related to my psyche, I am in a very good condition and I do not see anything changing in the near future, wrote the Polish player.
However, at the beginning of the new season, Acend failed to stay at last year's level. The last championship for zeek as part of the team was VCT 2022: EMEA Stage 2 Challengers, where Acend took 5-6th place and missed the Masters in Copenhagen.
In turn, the next tournament for the European team will be VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: EMEA Last Chance Qualifier, which will be held from July 7 to 14.
From now on, the VALORANT Acend roster is as follows:
- cNed
- starxo
- vakk
- MONSTEERR
- Nbs (head coach)
- Milan (assistant coach)
