DeepMans leaves Wave Esports starting roster
DeepMans announced his departure from the Wave Esports starting roster. The 16-year-old Turkish cybersportsman announced this on social networks, marking the beginning of the search for a new team.
Hello! I still have a contract with Wave Esports, but I'm allowed to explore my options. Extremely motivated and eager to compete at a higher level. My main role is duelist, but I can impact any role!
DeepMans joined Wave Esports at the beginning of 2022, although he played the first games with the team back in the fall of last year. During this time, the 16-year-old Turkish esportsman helped the team take second place in Kingdom Calling #4 and VALORANT Regional Leagues 2022 DACH: Evolution Stage 1, as well as take part in the qualifiers for VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: Europe Stage 1 Challengers.
The last championship for DeepMans as part of the team was VALORANT Regional Leagues 2022 DACH: Evolution Stage 2, as a result of which Wave Esports took sixth place and failed to qualify for the playoffs.
It is unclear if the Austrian club will continue to develop its VALORANT division. In the coming weeks, the team does not have championships, while an affiliate system will be introduced next season. At the same time, even earlier, the organization released its other players, allowing those to look for options to continue their careers.
From now on, the Wave Esports roster for VALORANT is as follows:
- Andreas, Sleepy and Mr G (coaching staff)
