MONSTEERR and vakk may join Acend
According to the Dexerto portal, the European esports organization ACEND continues the process of searching for new players for its VALORANT roster. The club is now considering MONSTEERR and vakk, who currently represent the Giants and Team Vitality colors respectively.
That said, the 21-year-old Lithuanian esportsman is Acend's top target as the organization looks to revamp its roster ahead of VCT Stage 2 after a disappointing start to the season. vakk spent the last year with Team Vitality, with which he won the VALORANT Open Tour: France - Fall Qualifier and VALORANT Open Tour: France Finals, and also took third place in the VCT 2021: Europe Stage 2 Challengers 2.
Note that Team Vitality is also interested in the candidacy of BONECOLD, which may lead to an equivalent exchange of players between the two organizations.
Acend's other target is MONSTEERR, who has been with the Giants since January 2022. Together with his current team, the Czech player took 3rd-4th place in the VRL 2022 Spain: Rising Stage 1. This transfer is also likely, as Kiles, who has already been seen training with the Giants, could follow in the opposite direction.
Recall that recently Acend moved BONECOLD and Kiles to inactive, as the team failed at VCT 2022: EMEA Stage 1 Challengers, not even getting into the playoffs of the championship. However, Acend recently tested DeepMans and Fizzy, but they are expected to be dropped in favor of MONSTEERR and vakk.
Acend's likely VALORANT roster is as follows:
- cNed.
- starxo.
- zeek.
- MONSTEERR.
- vakk.
- Nbs (head coach).
- Milan (assistant coach).
