NIP can leave the VALORANT scene
The Swedish esports organization NIP is considering leaving the VALORANT scene. This was reported by the French insider neL.
"It looks like the NIP organization will leave VALORANT very soon. Most of the players can be released for free, the rest can be sold. It seems that the vision of the esports scene of Riot Games does not suit some organizations. Is it a separate case or the beginning of a trend?" - wrote the insider.
The NIP broke into VALORANT last April when it signed its former Paladins roster, which includes bonkar, Tenner, Alex and DiGeDoG. In the first year, the team won Wave Esports Cup # 1, Elite Esports - Rivalry Bowl Europe and GLX Elite: EU, and also got into TOP-4 on WePlay! Invitational and BLAST Twitch Invitational.
However, in 2021, the team faced a series of disappointments, as the NIP, having won VCT 2021: Europe Stage 1 Challengers 1 and VCT 2021: Europe Stage 1 Challengers 2, failed all subsequent championships. At the same time, the composition of the team began to collapse, losing its former leaders. The last lineup change for the NIP dates back to August, when CREA left the team.
The current composition of the NIP is as follows:
- rhyme.
- chiwawa.
- Jady.
- ec1s.
- eMIL (trainer).
- Ex6TenZ (assistant coach).
