Fnatic and McDonald’s UK launch a fiery partnership with McSpicy® and Frank’s RedHot®
Esports organisation Fnatic has announced a new collaboration with McDonald’s UK, kicking off with the MAKE IT HOT launch event.
The partnership was revealed on May 8th, 2025, alongside the return of the McSpicy® X Frank’s RedHot® and the debut of the new Frank’s RedHot® Mayo sauce in McDonald’s UK restaurants.
McDonald’s has joined the ranks of Fnatic’s partners, which already include IMG, Red Bull, Amazon, Betify, GoGlobal, and others.
Here’s what Fnatic Founder Sam Mathews had to say about the partnership:
“At Fnatic, we’re always looking to partner with brands that truly understand and celebrate gaming culture. McDonald’s shares our commitment to creating memorable, community-first experiences. This collaboration is all about bringing people together; whether it’s over epic plays or bold flavours. We’re just getting started, and we can’t wait to show fans what’s coming next.”
The new collaboration introduces a spicy menu aimed at the gaming community, offering fans a chance to try a bold burger and a new sauce.
Here’s what’s on the updated McDonald’s UK menu:
Product | Price |
McSpicy® X Frank’s RedHot® | £5.99 |
McSpicy® X Frank’s RedHot® Medium Meal | £7.99 |
Frank’s RedHot® Mayo Dip | £0.50 |
In addition, McDonald’s App users in the UK can earn double points when purchasing any items from the McSpicy® X Frank’s RedHot® line.
It’s great to see more companies and organisations getting involved in esports and showing their support through creative partnerships. Hopefully, this trend keeps growing — bringing more tournaments, awesome prize pools, and exciting merch for the community. Wonder if we’ll be seeing Fnatic x McDonald’s figurines soon?
