Rumors: MIBR is showing interest in peres
According to the BLIX.GG portal, the Brazilian esports organization MIBR plans to make changes to the Rainbow Six roster. Currently, the club is showing interest in peres, who was excluded from the Black Dragons starter at the end of last year. In addition, MIBR is exploring the possibility of returning LuKid, who was sent to inactive in December, to the roster.
At the time of writing, the parties have not commented on the rumors.
peres has spent the last two seasons with the Black Dragons. Together with the team, the 19-year-old Brazilian player became the winner of the Copa do Brasil - Season 2021: Stage 3, and also took second place in the Copa do Brasil - Season 2022: Stage 2 and reached the quarterfinals of the Six Jönköping Major 2022. However, following the results of the last season, the esportsman was excluded from the starting lineup.
In turn, LuKid played for MIBR from March 2021 to December 2022. Here, the 22-year-old Brazilian managed to get into the top three at Brasileirão 2021 - Stage 1, Copa Elite Six - Season 2021: Stage 1, Six Invitational 2021 and Brasileirão 2021 - Finals, and also take fourth place at the Six Invitational 2022.
However, after the unfortunate end of the season, the Brazilian club decided to freshen up the squad by eliminating LuKid and Rappz. At the same time, MIBR signed young Nyjl and Dodez, with whom they still could not qualify for the Six Invitational 2023. Now the organization is going to roll back its results in order to sign a contract with an experienced player and return LuKid to the roster.
