DarkZero Esports said goodbye to Ecl9pse and Hyper
North American esports organization DarkZero Esports has made changes to the Rainbow Six roster, saying goodbye to Ecl9pse and Hyper. Both players are leaving the starting lineup for a team that is gearing up for the next challenge at the Six Invitational 2023.
Today we are parting ways with Ecl9pse and Hyper. Tyler and Paul have been with us for over three years, both have been outstanding competitors throughout. We will forever treasure our memories associated with them and thank them for their efforts at DarkZero Esports.
Ecl9pse and Hyper have been part of DarkZero Esports since 2019. Together, the Americans became the winners of the Six August 2020 Major - North America, North American League 2020 - US Division - Stage 2 and Six Charlotte Major 2022, and also made it to the top three at Pro League Season 11 - North America, Six November 2020 Major - North America, North American League 2020 - US Division - Finals, NSG X DarkZero Pro-Am, North American League - 2021 Season - Finals and North American League 2022 - Stage 1.
While Ecl9pse played for the team until the end of the main part of the season, Hyper left the team's starting lineup back in September. At the same time, the 22-year-old American managed to light up in the Mirage roster, with whom he made it to the closed regional qualifiers for the Six Invitational 2023.
Currently, the North American team is preparing for the start of the Six Invitational 2023, which will be held in February in Canada. According to the results of the past season, DarkZero Esports took fourth place in the leaderboard, earning 1,050 points. Given the rotation, the organization will only have to find one newcomer, since back in September it signed Skys to replace Hyper.
