Twister joins ALPHA Team as assistant head coach

Mexican esports organization ALPHA Team has announced the appointment of Twister to the position of assistant head coach of the Rainbow Six roster. Recall that earlier the 22-year-old Brazilian specialist headed the FURIA Esports team.

As some of you may know, I no longer work for FURIA! After years of growing, learning and teaching, it's time to take the next step in my career! I'm very happy to see everything Dan, Miracle and I have been able to achieve with this team that started playing in the Brazillian Challenger League and has grown into the top 3 in Brazil and the Latin American region, as well as to the top of the international scene as one of the most consistent teams that didn't miss a single LAN tournament! The first team to go from Relegation to Invitational! All of this is the result of many talents, the work and partnership of an entire organization and a tight-knit team where I have had the pleasure of working with some of the best players and people I have met so far!

Thank you to all the FURIA staff, support and back office who are great people and always make the days at the office and our work better, unfortunately if I name names I will forget someone so I will just say thank you to each and every one of you!

Twister has spent the last two years as head coach of FURIA. During this time, the 22-year-old Brazilian specialist helped the team get into the top three at Copa Elite Six - Season 2021: Stage 3 and Copa Elite Six - Season 2022: Stage 1, as well as take part in the Six Invitational 2021 (9th-12th place), Six Mexico Major 2021 (5th-8th place), Six Sweden Major 2021 (13th-16th place), Six Invitational 2022 (9th-12th place) and Six Charlotte Major 2022 (9th-12th place).

In turn, ALPHA Team recently parted ways with LGS and also signed RE4PER to the position of head coach.

The next championship for the Mexican team will be Campeonato Mexicano 2022 - Stage 2, where they will fight for two tickets to Copa Elite Six - Season 2022: Stage 2.
