Spear Gaming signed former T1 Rainbow Six roster
South Korean esports organization Spear Gaming has announced the signing of the former T1 Rainbow Six roster. In addition, the club diluted the roster with a number of other acquisitions, forming the final list for participation in the Asia-Pacific League 2022 - North Division - Stage 2.
The main updated team of Spear Gaming was the former T1 organization, which left the club in April of this year. Mephi, CrazyBoy, iLeven and the WATB coach were remembered for their crumpled performances last season, finishing in the top three at the Korean Open 2021 - Summer, Korean Open 2021 - Autumn and Korean Open 2022 - Spring.
They will be accompanied by saeyeora, who spent the last year with Talon Esports. The 20-year-old South Korean player managed to win the Korean Open 2021 - Autumn, as well as take second place in the Korean Open 2021 - Summer, until he left the organization at the beginning of this month.
NL became the head coach of Spear Gaming. Up to this point, the South Korean specialist was seen in Team Viper, with whom he failed at the recent Korean Open 2022 - Spring.
Recall that earlier the organization rented RoyBoy from the DAMWON Gaming team. During the year spent in the team, the 19-year-old player was noted for victories at the Korean Open 2021 - Summer and APAC League 2021 Playoffs - Stage 2.
The nearest championship for the South Korean team will be Asia-Pacific League 2022 - North Division - Stage 2, which will start on June 15. Spear Gaming will compete for two tickets to the Six August Major 2022 along with other participants: DAMWON Gaming, Fnatic, CYCLOPS athlete gaming, Talon Esports, SANDBOX Gaming, FAV Gaming and REJECT.
From now on, Spear Gaming's Rainbow Six roster is as follows:
- RoyBoy (loan).
- Crazyboy.
- iLeven.
- Mephi.
- saeyeora.
- NL and WATB (coaching staff).
