ESL hosts PUBG Invitational на IEM Oakland 2017
Organizers of the championship IEM Oakland 2017 decided to host a PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds tournament that was named IEM Oakland PUBG Invitational. 20 teams will take part in the tournament, 10 of them will receive direct invitations.

The rest ten slots will be up for grabs at the open qualifiers in Europe and North America, where 320 slots will be given for each region. 160 slots will be given in the qualification to the rosters with the highest rate and the rest 160 will be sent to the first registered teams.
Each five best rosters will go to the LAN final. It is worth to notice that a format of the qualifiers and dates are unknown. At the final stage of PUBG Invitational, the winner will be determined, according to the results of eight matches in the Squad FPP format. Points will be given, depending on a position in the round and a number of kills.
The championship will be carried out on November 18-19 and a prize pool of the event amounts $200,000. More detailed rules and the list of invited teams will appear soon.
