Team Diamond signed a contract with Spear

An interesting video has surfaced on Team Diamond 's Twitter account, welcoming the team's new Overwatch mentor. Chen-jen 'Spear' Kim came to this position at the club. He performed on the professional stage as a player from 2016 to 2020 but did not have much success. His most solid achievement is the 5th-6th place at Overwatch Contenders 2019 Season 1 Korea ($11,600) with WGS Armament and victory at Contenders 2020 KR Season 1 Week 3 ($10,000). Throughout his career as a professional player, he earned $6,848. In 2020, he began his journey as a mentor and helped teams such as OZ Gaming and JNGK. Now he will continue his career in Team Diamond.

At Diamond, Kim will work with the likes of INHYEOK, Ceno, ILLICIT, Hyunjae and Teru. The team lacks one more tank. Maybe Spear, who previously played in the professional scene as a player in the role of a tank, can also close this gap in the team.
