The first period of cooperation between SAND and T1 fell on 2020. Then SAND coached the youth roster from March to October and achieved several big wins: 1st place at the Contenders 2020 KR Season 1 – Week 1 and a pass to the Contenders 2020 KR Season 1 Trials (Week 1 and Week 2).

The last club to coach SAND before rejoining T1 was UP Academy. The specialist helped the team take 2nd place at Contenders 2021 CN Season 2 - Regular Season 2, and 4th place at Overwatch Contenders 2021 Season 2: China.
