KT Rolster signed Cho «Mata» Se-hyeong
Korean esports organization KT Rolster signed 2014 world champion Cho «Mata» Se-hyeong. The information has appeared in the official press-release.
Esports portal FOMOS announced that joining of Cho «Mata» Se-hyeong is the latest change in KT Rolster team. Previously, two ex-players of Edward Gaming joined the team: Heo «PawN» Won-seok playing at Mid Lane position, and Kim «Deft» Hyuk-kyu, AD Carry. Ex-player of ROX Tigers, Song «Smeb» Kyung-ho will play on Top Lane position. The only representative of the previous roster is Go «Score» Dong-bin. The organization decided not to renew contracts with all other players.
Cho «Mata» Se-hyeong started his professional League of Legends career in 2013. In 2014, in Samsung Galaxy White roster, he became a world champion. In a year, he joined Vici Gaming, and later on, he became a member of Royal Never Give Up. With this team, he became a champion of LPL Spring 2016 and vice-champion of LPL Summer 2016. During the world championship, Royal Never Give Up managed to qualify from the group, but lost scores in the match against 3-times world champions SK Telecom T1.
In 2012, KT Rolster had two roster, but after changes of rules in 2014, it gathered only one roster. It managed to take the second place in LCK Summer 2015 playoff and took 5-8 places in world championship 2015. In LCK Spring 2016 and LCK Summer 2016 KT Rolster took the third places.
