FC Nantes signed the League of Legends squad

On January 18, the management of FC Nantes signed contracts with seven esports players. Five of them became full-fledged members of the main League of Legends roster, while two other representatives took the position of substitutes.

Players such as Wylenz, Isma, Peng, TakeSet, BeBopBulli, Phyraxx and Zogmolotov will defend the interests of FC Nantes. The last two will serve as substitute players.

Wylenz and BeBopBulli are well known among the listed players. The first represented tags such as TUEURS, Granit Gaming and others. He has repeatedly taken second places in regional championships, and also placed 3-4 in NLC Spring 2021 - Promotion. Bilal 'Wylenz' Ai Abbas has earned just over $ 1,200 in prize money throughout his career.

His teammate David 'BeBopBulli' Siira, who has won almost $ 700 in a year of his career, cannot boast of an impressive amount of earned money in this regard. He played under the banners of Dusty, Vipers Inc and Nordavind. His best result can be considered the 2nd place at the Nordic Championship Spring 2020 and the 5th-6th place at the Northern League of Legends Championship Summer 2020. Thanks to the results at the Nordic Championship Spring 2020, the esportsman received an invite to the European Masters Spring 2020 with a prize pool of € 150,000, however in the standings there he took 21-24 positions and did not earn anything.

Previously, FC Nantes entered the esports industry through FIFA, but they did not show impressive results there.
