In Riot Games’ most recent developer vlog, the team did not directly address the next champion release. However, the Season 26 roadmap teases a motion comic called For the Fallen, which prominently features Garen. Notably, the artwork also includes another unidentified man in the background, holding a weapon. While Big Bad Bear cannot confirm that this figure represents a new champion, he suggests there is a strong possibility that it does.

The insider also noted that similar motion comics have frequently been used by Riot Games in the past as a way to introduce new champions. Toward the end of his video, Big Bad Bear mentioned additional leaks that he chose not to share due to questionable reliability, but he did hint that the upcoming Demacian champion’s name may begin with “L.”
