FURIA Esports made changes to their League of Legends roster
Changes have been made to the composition of FURIA Esports. The coach of the team told about this in his post on Twitlonger. According to him, the management decided to put Filipe 'Ranger' Brombilla de Barrios on the bench, and Gabriel 'Goot' Gut to fully take his place. Previously, both junglers took part in performances on stage in League of Legends and alternated.

Lucas 'Maestro' Pierre wrote the following in a Twitlonger post:
Good night to all LoL fans, hope you are doing well!
I want to inform you that we have decided to make changes to the starting lineup of FURIA from LoL. In the pre-season period, we closely monitor the development of our athletes, students and the academy. Since then, we have done several tests with several players from the main squad. Due to the excellent preparation and the chances he had when replacing Ranger in the first CBLoL games, we proposed a temporary training split between hunters, Ranger and Gut. During this short period, we tracked both face-to-face meetings and data analytics. We noticed a better match between Gut and the group, so we decided to switch our two hunters.
This decision has nothing to do with the bad game last Saturday, for the defeat of which I am 100% responsible. We will change the starting lineup based on what we have seen during the testing period.
It is important to note that Ranger has always been very professional and ready to cooperate. He will continue to participate in the process, be present in the lineup and available to play when needed.
Difficult decisions like these are also part of the life of esports professionals.
In the end, our goals at FURIA remain the same: to develop LoL and esports in general through our good results.
Thanks for the greetings and support, as always!
The FURIA Esports starting roster was formed on November 26 last year. Before the arrival of Goot, which took place on June 11, the team completed participation in only one tournament, CBLOL Split 1 2022. In the league with a prize pool of ~$81,000 and an invite to the Mid-Season Invitational 2022 for the first place, the team took the fourth position in the table of best and received a reward of ~$8,100, having lost in the match for reaching the final of the lower bracket to the players from RED Canids. Right now, the team is playing in CBLOL Split 2 2022, where they successfully take first place with 5-1 statistics. FURIA were defeated in the fight against Rensga Esports, which are in last place, and it was about this performance that the team's coach mentioned in his speech. According to him, defeat against the weakest team is not a reason to change the League of Legends roster. The victory at CBLOL Split 2 2022 will allow the best participant to go to the main League of Legends championship, 2022 World Championship.
