DAMWON Gaming have renewed contracts with their LoL players

An announcement appeared on the DAMWON Gaming Twitter account about the re-conclusion of contracts with League of Legends players. Seong-gyu 'Thanatos' Park, Yong-hyuk 'Lucid' Choi, Ji-hoon 'Pullbae' Jeon, Min-seong 'Rahel' Cho and Seol 'Bible' Yoon will continue to perform under the DAMWON Challengers tag.

DAMWON Challengers will continue to play with the following roster:

• Thanatos
• Lucid
• Pullbae
• Rachel
• bible

The roster was completed on December 7 last year with the arrival of Thanataos, Saint, Pullbae, Rahel and Bible. The team shows quite good results. Immediately after the team was assembled, the roster took part in the KeSPA Cup 2021 and won the tournament with a prize pool of ~$16,750 and received ~$8,400 as a reward. Later, the Challenger team also took part in the corresponding league, LCK Challengers League Spring 2022 with a prize pool of ~$65,500. There, DAMWON Challengers had the best performance and took first place and received $28,640. In fact, the team played in two tournaments and won two of them. The management likes this performance and for this reason DAMWON did not delay re-contracting their players.
