NuQ joined Team GO
The leadership of the Team GO esports club, which was previously known as GamersOrigin, announced the completion of its League of Legends roster. The last player in the team was Turkish-born Erkmen 'NuQ' Erdogdu. He will now play alongside Karim 'Karim kt' Aubineaun, Ronaldo 'Ronaldo' Bethea, Ludwig 'SMILEY' Granquist and Dai-win 'Veignorem' Lussies.
The last changes in the team were made on May 18. Then the Frenchman Solal 'Enjawve' Akkari left the team. He played on the roster from December 17 last year to May 18 this year.
Prior to joining Team GO, Erkmen Erdogdu was on the Fenerbahce Esports roster. He played with his countrymen from March 2 to May 25. During this time, he managed to play only at TCL Winter 2022, the Turkish professional league of League of Legends, where one invite was played for the Mid-Season Invitational 2022. He and his teammates took the 7th line of the tournament table and remained without a prize. NuQ's journey as a professional LoL player began in 2020 under the Galatasaray Academy tag. For 2 years of his career, the esportsman has not been able to earn a single dollar in prize money, but he has a victory at the Turkey Academy League Summer 2021 on his account. Probably, together with his new teammates, he will be able to earn the first prize money.
The debut of Team GO will take place as part of the LFL Summer 2022 in a week. The team will fight with the Solary team. LFL Summer 2022 is a French league in League of Legends, within which rating points and four invitations to the EU Masters 2022 are played. Participants will start their journey from the group stage, which will be held in a double round robin system. The teams that take the first 2 lines will go to the final of the upper bracket. The teams that will take 3rd-6th place will go to the first round of the lower bracket. The rest of the teams will complete their journey in the event and continue to watch it as spectators. In addition to Team GO, GameWard, Karmine Corp, LDLC OL, Mirage Elyandra, Misfits Premier, Solary, Team BDS Academy, Team Oplon and Vitality.Bee will also take part in the tournament.
The championship starts on June 1, so the newly assembled team will have another week to try to play properly and show a good performance as part of the LFL Summer 2022.
