DarkWings and Eclipse left Dignitas Academy
The leadership of the eSports club Dignitas said that the academic roster suffered personnel losses. Isaac 'DarkWings' Chow and Yujie 'Eclipse' Wu left the line-up.
DarkWings has already found a new place to continue his career. He was taken in by 100 Thieves, where he will perform under the 100 Thieves Next tag. In the new team, the esportsman will join Ryan 'Sniper' Shoura, Gabriel 'Fanatiik' Saucer, Lens and Rico 'Swordd' Chen.
Yujie 'Eclipse' Wu is not yet sure where he will continue his career. The esportsman has already started looking for a new club, which he can later call his home.
The Dignitas Academy roster was assembled on January 5th. Then the esports club signed contracts with all five esportsmen at once. The team managed to perform in two events that are designed for the participation of youth rosters. The team played at LCS Academy League Spring 2022 and LCS Proving Ground Spring 2022. In the case of the first event, Dignitas Academy made it to 6th place in the standings and were able to secure a place immediately in the second round of the LCS Proving Ground Spring 2022 playoffs. There they succeeded win one match and subsequently take 7th-8th place in the standings and earn a cash reward of $5,000.
The leadership is still silent about who will replace the departed players in the Dignitas academic roster.
