Warthox signs South Korean player for the first time
Representatives of the French eSports organization Warthox announced a reshuffle in their League of Legends roster. Now the team will feature South Korean cybersportsman Jayhak 'Jwic' Choi. He came along with coach Mathis 'CapHanz' L., who will take the place of the main mentor.
The club's newcomers took the places of the departed Yams player, who also played as a jungler, and assistant coach Johann 'GreenThor' Berg.
According to Jwic, France is the best place in Europe where he could have moved. The esportsman looks forward to a productive collaboration with Warthox. With this turn of events, Jwic became the first ever South Korean esports player to reach the third French division of League of Legends, also known as the Mastercard Nexus Tour.
Management made these changes in the hope of improving results. The team spent the previous 3 stages to no avail.
The debut of Warthox in the updated roster will take place on May 7 as part of the fourth stage of the Mastercard Nexus Tour.
Now Warthox's League of Legends roster looks like this:
- Mikolaj 'Leedge' Granops
- Jayhak 'Jwic' Choi
- Victor 'Vic' D.
- Cedric 'Mychio' F.
- Gustav 'Snabipojk' Nilsson
