Activision, together with developers from Treyarch, continue to prepare fans for the imminent start of the second season of Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. After the publication of the cinematic trailer, a gameplay video was released.

Most of the attention in the new video was paid to the zombie mode. The fun in Outbreak mode will continue on multiplayer maps, and the storyline will continue the Dark Aether branch in Season 2.

To fight new enemies, new abilities and improvements will be added to the game. Among these abilities, the ability to control zombies for 10 seconds, mine the walking dead, and the like.

Of course, the new season won't be complete without new weapons. This time, 6 new types of firearms will be added to the game at once and not only:

  • FARA 83
  • LC10
  • R1 Shadowhunter
  • Machete
  • ZRG 20mm
  • E-Tool

And finally, where without new cards. There will be 4 of these in multiplayer:

  • Apocalypse (6v6, available on season release)
  • Head - (team mode, will appear throughout the season)
  • Mansion - (2v2 or 3v3, spawns throughout the season)
  • Strike Miami - (6v6, appearing throughout the season)

In addition, the game will have Gun Game, Stokpile and Hardpoint modes. Also for the royal battle they are preparing something called Dark Wave.
